TRUE COLORS ~ THICK SKINNED

 They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and that is how you can learn to develope thicker skin everyday. Life will always throw challenges and obstacles at you in everyway, no matter what you do, society will find a way to put you down. That doesn't mean it is the end of the world, it is actually lessons for you to work at improving yourself and build yourself up stronger.

Pretty isn't everything, and it is something that many people forget. We always worry about what people think of us and our look and we build our personality around that. We have to remember that it's ok to stand out and we don't have to fit into the stereotypes that society creates, and be who we want to be. TRUE COLORS ~ THORNS WALL

 Sometimes you put up walls with thorns around you to keep people out of your life. But then because of that, you also end up hurting yourself with your own thorns, and after awhile it just gets numb without you even realizing it. In order to make connection, you have to put them down and at least let some of your true colors show.
